HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Go to the main page of the WTSO.com site and click on the 'JOIN FREE' tab. Fill out the form by supplying us with a valid email address and password of your choice. Then click the 'JOIN NOW' button and your account is ready for buying wine at ridiculous prices! If you plan to buy, you can add your billing and shipping info to your account here. We do not keep any credit card information. You can also add or change your details later by clicking on "My Account." You can have only one account per email address.
WHAT AM I SIGNING UP FOR? ARE THERE MEMBERSHIP FEES OR REQUIREMENTS?
Becoming a Member of WTSO (signing up for Free) simply means that you will recieve our Email notifications each time we feature a new wine. The are no membership requirements to be part of WTSO.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO RECIEVE EMAILS?
If you choose not to receive Emails but want to order wine, you can go to your account anytime and unsubscribe from receiving Emails. You can always visit WTSO.com and order the wine that is being offered without receiving any type of notification.
HOW CAN I BE NOTIFIED OF A NEW OFFER OTHER THAN BY EMAIL?
While you can always receive Emails about which wine is currently available at WTSO.com you can also follow us on Twitter at @WTSO, "like" our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/WTSOwines, text "follow WTSO" to 40404 to receive SMS text (there is no charge for this service, but your standard text messaging rates will still apply), or download our Apple or Android mobile app.
WHERE WE SHIP
As shipping alcohol is complicated, we suggest trying to purchase when you see something you would like to buy (if we can ship to your state/zip code then the order will go through). We are constantly updating our shipping licenses as laws are continually changing. If you have specific questions about shipping, please contact our Customer Service Department at Wines@WTSO.com. You can pay for your orders using VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept checks or money orders.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A COOKED OR CORKED BOTTLE?
We stand behind every bottle we sell, so never worry. Email us at Wines@wtso.com with the amount of bad bottles and our staff will refund your credit card in full. If you decide you do not want the shipment for any reason, you can request a FedEx pick up and have the wine brought back to us. We will refund your card in full, less all shipping charges incurred, as well as a 10% restocking fee.
HOW DO I TALK TO A LIVE PERSON?
To keep the prices as low as possible, we run WTSO.com with a very small staff. There is no one sitting by a phone taking orders or answering questions. We are great at answering Email 7 days a week, but if you must speak to one of our staff members, you can call 1-866-246-2183 and leave a message. We will try our best to get back to you within 24 hours. If you leave an Email address, we will respond even quicker.
